Harbor Mixed Use Transit Corridor Plan
The Harbor Mixed Use Transit Corridor Plan is a City of Santa Ana project that includes redesigning the look and use of portions of Harbor Boulevard that transverse within Santa Ana City boundaries, which happen to lie within Riverview West Neighborhood.
Harbor Blvd., approximately 23 miles long, extends as far north as Pathfinder Rd. in the City of La Habra near California State Route 60 (aka the Pomona Freeway) and as far south as Newport Blvd. in the City of Costa Mesa just 2 miles before Newport Blvd. reaches the coast.
