General meetings typically include guest speakers from various city departments who give updates on projects or statistics that affect Riverview West Neighborhood and its residents. Riverview West Neighborhood Association may one day become a formal nonprofit organization; however, it currently does not function as a formal organization, nor does it pay any of its volunteers to attend meetings or participate in any sort of leadership capacity.
